More information about this house sitter

Retired couple - teacher and transport manager currently living in country NSW but wanting to spend more time in Sydney with family. Ideally we would like house sits relatively close to Marrickville,Kensington and Maroubra but would be happy to consider other suburbs particularly in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.
We are both quite fit and energetic. We are reasonably flexible with times but would ideally prefer housesits of one to three weeks. We take great care of our own home and garden and would definitely do the same when minding another house. We would be happy to look after animals and walk dogs.
Interests - family, travel, walking, cooking,reading and movies.
We are new to housesitting but have had experience with renting our house to visitors for the country music festival. We would definitely be able to supply the contact details of possible referees. We appreciate that it is a privilege to be entrusted with the care of someone else's home, possessions and pets and would make every effort to make sure that the experience is positive for ourselves and the home owner/s.
