We are a couple from North West Tasmania who have recently sold our restaurant to spend more time in Hobart pursuing our culinary and business careers. We are passionate about travel, sport and good food and enjoy spending our free time hiking, cooking and planning our next adventure. Having recently returned from Europe we are inspired and hope to bring some of our knowledge to the Hobart food scene with some exciting things in the pipeline for 2024. We are responsible, and would rather stay up watching English premier league than any kind of party. Both non smoking and other than the occasional Guinness both non drinkers. Being on the move so regularly it’s made it hard for us to have our own pet but we absolutely adore animals and would love the opportunity to love any furr babies.
