We are a young and hardworking couple who have taken a year out to visit Australia and travel further and beyond. I (Josh) am a Primary School teacher taking a short career break and Pippa is on a sabbatical from her role as a planning enforcement officer for a council in England. We are 33 and 26 respectively.
We love sport and being outdoors and whilst we are in Australia we are hoping to maximise these interests. Pip has set herself a goal of completing a triathlon and I'm looking to get some more coaching qualifications during our time.
We love looking after animals, particularly dogs who love a walk but are also content to relax and get to know pets in the home.
As young professionals, we are very reliable, dedicated, and committed to the roles we undertake, and know this will apply us well in a house-sitting role.
We have recently just moved out of a rented small one-bed cottage on the edge of Bristol after 20 months. We took pride in its uniqueness in the area and looked after two small gardens and maintained the interior to a high standard.

In Australia, we completed 2 sits so far with another 4 bookings through to early August. We finished a month's volunteering in March for a tour guide company on K’gari, this involves housekeeping for the entire space (washing, laundry etc.). Read more...
