I am an animal lover to the core. My childhood was spent living on a farm. I relished looking after farm animals before & after school. It was the beginning of a love affair for furry four legged friends. After leaving school I studied animal health and veterinary care, gaining certificates in wildlife conservation and management, veterinary assistant and canine care and training. After 30 years of caring for injured, neglected furry friends I am an expert in animal psychology & behaviour. My nickname since childhood was Ms. Doolittle. Interacting with my furry friends, cuddles and snuggles, playtime and walkies makes my day. Other than all my furry friends I was once married and I am a mother to three beautiful grown up children who are all in their twenties studying and travelling. So I am very adapt to all your household duties and responsibilities. The day to day runnings of a home, cleaning, organising, being security conscience, living economically, having environmental awareness foreseeing accidents and hazards around the house. Mindful of your surroundings and neighbourhood. Respectful of people’s privacy and belongings. I suppose my knowledge comes from learning, doing and experience. Ive been a carer since I can remember, Be it two legs or four. The joy and happiness I receive for simply being kind and caring has given me such a rich and full life. Since my three children left home and my ex-husband and I parted ways. We sold the family home and I downsized to a small apartment. My daughter has Gus our 13 year old feline and Charlie our 8 year old beloved cocker spaniel, whom have never left her side. Starting this new chapter has lead me on this journey of house sitting and looking after people’s fur babies when needed. I am 52, Australian, down to earth, practical, hardworking, fit, honest, reliable impeccably clean and organised.
