Both in our late fifties, Dianne and I have taken a sabbatical from our careers to refresh before we refocus on the next period of our lives. This has seen us spending some time travelling and working around Australia until now where we find ourselves looking to settle permanently in the Port Macquarie/ Coffs Harbour area.

We have lived for years on the East Coast with our family (2 kids a dog and a cat) but now as empty nesters we are able to move freely and help others not wanting to leave their pets and homes unattended, in particularly those of extended duration.

As previous pet owners we understand the conflict that arises when you need to be away, and the need to be comfortable with the arrangements for your pets …..they are after all family. Also, having previously owned and rented out our own home we are acutely aware of the need to have someone who is trustworthy who can look after your house when you’re not there. Whether it be with regular cleaning, attending to the garden or just being there to deter unwanted attention.
Dianne and myself have had the experience of providing this care and attention for family pets and animals along with providing security and comfort for the homeowner.
Experience has seen us work with both domestic and farm animals….from domestic homesits to hobby farms and farmstay hosts and workers….loved them all!
