Hi there!
We’re —Katrina, Matt, and our animal-loving daughter Aria. We’re a warm, active family of three who can’t wait to meet your furry (or scaly!) friends and give them the care and affection they deserve while you’re away.

Who We Are:
• Katrina (Mum, 39): A psychologist with a knack for understanding both humans and animals. Whether it’s cuddles or calming a nervous pet, Katrina brings her gentle, intuitive nature to every interaction. (She’s also the designated "belly-rubber-in-chief.")

• Matt (Dad, 42): A police officer who’s as dependable as they come. While he’s used to protecting and serving the community, he’s just as skilled at keeping pets safe and happy. Matt has a soft spot for dogs—especially big ones—and is always up for a game of fetch. He is also a proud cat lover, something not enough men admit to!

• Aria (8): The heart of our animal care team. At just eight years old, she’s a budding nature lover with an encyclopedic knowledge animals and a boundless enthusiasm for all creatures great and small. She’s been known to create obstacle courses for dogs and construct toys for cats.

Our Experience:
We’ve been proud pet parents our whole lives, caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, reptiles, amphibians, and even insects and arachnids. Katrina grew up with both cats and dogs (terriers and a kelpie cross). Matt also grew up with dogs (border collies) and cats, as well as rabbits and chickens. It’s no wonder Aria has been an enthusiastic pet lover from the beginning. She’s lived with and has volunteered taking regular responsibility for our dogs, cats, and lizards.

What Sets us Apart:
• Love is in the details: Katrina is very particular about knowing and understanding the details of what is required to care for pets. She will read and reread your instructions and make sure she understands every little detail to ensure that your pets get cared for in the way that you would care for them.
• Adventure buddies: Matt is great at keeping pets active and entertained, and he never forgets the water bowl for thirsty pups on long walks.
• Mini animal whisperer: Aria can win over the shyest animals and will happily spend hours studying your pet’s quirks (and maybe drawing them, too!)
