Low set home with 3 bedrooms ,garages, pool, wifi and familyroom also big garden. Close to woolworths , medical centre all walking distance. There are walking tracks and nearby lake, We have 3 birds in an outside aviary which would need feeding, Pool would need filter box cleaned.Garden would need watering but there are soaker hoses around and there are pots also.
