A perfect mixture of old and new.

Great for a couple to enjoy, master bedroom with ensuite, walk-in robe and garden outlook.

We are looking for someone who respects antiques and artworks, happy to keep the house tidy and clean. No pets to look after, just be here to enjoy the surroundings.

Gardens can be tended to but we'll still have our regular lad come in and mow the lawns.

Unfortunately there is no space for a caravan, but there is off street parking in a deep drive. Our car will be in the garage. The area is very safe and a walk to Canberra city, local shops, cinema, theatre and the lake.

Close by is the War Memorial, National Gallery, Old Parliament House and Questacon.
