We live in the Brisbane suburb of Albany Creek, Brisbane at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac one house removed from the Bunya state forest which has lots of walks and mountain bike trails.
Our home is a four bedroom single story brick veneer house with central air conditioning and an inground pool. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated and one of the rooms is set up as office space.
The house is on a suburban block with a medium maintenance garden, lawns (which take about 20 mins to mow) and a pool with a deck for relaxation. If you’re not confident in maintaining the pool this isn’t a concern. We are happy to engage a pool shop to do routine maintenance while we are away. There are a number of pot plants however which will require regular watering.
