About this house sitting position in ALBANY

Our home
Wanting a retired couple / travelling Grey Nomads without children or pets :).... MUST be physically fit and active, someone we can meet prior to the house sit to meet our two little dogs, and see where things are and talk about the whole house sit in detail with hubby and myself.
No mobile business operators please, or pets due to a few bad experiences!!
Only 9 years old home on a large block (one and a half acres) so plenty of room for a caravan, motor home etc. Large, modern house with a lockup garage for your vehicle. (if your vehicle isn't too high and DOESN'T leak oil!!)🤣
The things needing to be done is feeding / walking our very friendly & affectionate, small dogs, who walk daily and love to go out with house sitters in their car to the beach, for coffee etc :), ...they LOVE their walks, so this is why we say physically fit!! They both like to come inside in the evening for cuddles, etc but then go out later to sleep, so mostly outside girls!!
Lawns to mow - using a normal push mower for the fenced back yard and a ride-on zero turn John Deere lever action mower for the larger areas.
Checking mail daily, hand hose watering gardens, vegetable garden, and a few potted plants, giving them a good soak every 2nd day. (we don't have any retic),
Other than that its just keeping our home neat, clean and tidy inside & outside :) and leaving it clean when you leave.
Our home is in a newer and quieter part of Albany, on a large peaceful block ... next to a large parkland / reserve area with great walking paths to take walks around with Milly and Mocca, who love walks.
Very close to all amenities, shops ( Coles store + Liquor land, chemist, McDonalds, cinema and only 5-8 minutes drive to the city centre.
