Rural property only 25 minutes from Hobart with access to UBER.

Care for much loved home. 3 bed 1 bath. Filtered tank water. Currently being painstakingly renovated. Excellent kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry has washer and dryer or outside clothesline. Double room. Car port. Beds are very comfy.

Cleaner comes once a week.

Set on 8 acres near walking tracks in a safe and beautiful neighbourhood.

1 dog indoor, or out door with supervision and has a secure kennel for when you are out or at work. Very friendly but not suitable to walk with other dogs so stays on the property. We need someone to be at the home overnight.

1 cat, mildly aloof and very easy to care for. She is friendly when she chooses to be.

Flock of chickens need food water and eggs collected. You are welcome to eat the eggs you collect.

2 horses fed twice a day. Buckets and hay plus fill water. Support people available if needed.

Looking for someone who will take good care of our home, and animals who will enjoy and respect the area we live in.
