Late Ad from us as our regular house sitter just fell through for a trip in a week. Seeking a nature-lover to look after two loving short-haired border collies Boora (age 6) and Banjo (age 2) and four chooks that sometimes lay an egg. Help yourself to the extensive tropical orchard (no watering required - it's the wet season, or should be!) Sit back and relax in our well appointed open-plan "shouse" (1 queen bed, 1 single bed) with wrap-around verandahs and large undercover parking. Explore our 500-acre bush block and enjoy private waterfalls, swimming holes and stunning views. The dogs will expect a daily walk along our bush tracks. Positioned halfway between Mareeba and Atherton, 20 mins drive each way. This is a secluded property accessed by a 900m dirt road. No visitors, no parties - we like our privacy! There is also is internet access via Starlink.
