Comfortable 3-bedroom Californian bungalow home, 2 en suites and 2 separate living areas, both with TV and streaming services. Garden and paving at front of house and garden, lawn and large shade tree in backyard.
500 metres to Maribyrnong River walk/bike path. 1 k to 9-hole golf course. 10 mins to tram, bus top of street and rail station 5-6 mins on bus. Around 20 minute walk to Ascot Vale station. 4 stops from CBD. Supermarket, shops 500 metres and strip shops and cafes in Union Road, which is a 1.2k walk.
Job is to care for 16 yo cat who has anxiety issues which show by excessive licking at times.
He requires 2 capsules per day in the morning, lotion to be applied to licking areas, and a supplement powder to be added to his food twice daily. He is able to be left for several hours but needs some contact with carer during the waking hours. He is easy to medicate and has a good nature. He needs a carer who understands cats and is experienced handling them. He is a lilac Burmese breed and loves to sit on your knee and rarely makes much noise. He goes into the backyard daily on a long lead that is tethered to the ground. He does not roam.
