About this house sitting position in Auchenflower
Come and stay in my stunning, soulful home, a suburban sanctuary in Auchenflower with my sweet old Greyhound, Eddie.
A stones throw (or 3 minutes) from the hip high-street of Paddington with all the cool cafes, boutiques, vintage stores and restaurants!!
Less than 10 minutes into Brisbane CBD and just around the corner from the Iconic Mount Coot-Tha botanic Gardens.
Eddie is 12 years old, so in Greyhound terms, he's a very old man. He's very sweet and gentle and mostly lies around but does like a stroll around the block every morning and evening. He's quiet but can get silly and funny when he's excited to see you. He has 2 meals a day. Breakfast includes medication (for his arthritis).
At the moment he is struggling with stairs so he does need to be carried up and down which is easy (unless you have a bad back). Or sometimes just down.
The house is beautiful with stained glass windows and authentic early century features throughout.
It has all the mod cons including a dishwasher, 3 aircons, a porch with comfy lounges and fairy lights, a leafy yard and a claw foot bath fit for royalty. You'll be surrounded by art and colourful ethnic design features. Free unlimited wifi and great kitchen with all the mod-cons- coffee machine, SodaStream, new oven, gas cooktop, microwave, double sink etc.
Eddie and the house come with a full, comprehensive, laminated user guide with everything you need to know!

I am very sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the home. Our house is a stunning and well-looked-after, freshly renovated character Queenslander home with beautiful features and a modern kitchen. Everything works perfectly and we have a professional cleaner once a week. There is an extensive media gallery included in the ad, so it is hard for me to understand why you would choose to stay here if it is not to your taste. We have had many sitters over the years who have loved the style and feel of the home. I was shocked to come home after a week away and find that you had taken the liberty to rearrange my furniture and move my decor. You had not given my dog all his medication and left me a passive-aggressive note. In future, please check all the details before accepting a job.Top articles from our blog
