About this house sitting position in Baden

I am looking for the right person or couple to house sit my house until it’s sells . The current tenants unfortunately are moving out suddenly so will need someone from about the 16th August . I am looking for the right person to keep the house clean and presentable for when interested parties view the home . It would be for a minimum of 2 months but could be up to 6 months . Unfortunately it will be unfurnished but I will provide a mattress and bedding and a bar fridge . There is plenty of counter tops to prepare meals . There is a wood heater and 2 heat pumps but it is such a large home there are rooms that do not get heated such as the kitchen .
There are no animals to look after but I will provide cat food as there is a stray or feral cat that comes to eat which I will ask you to put food out for . I do need to catch this cat before selling as new owners may not care to keep feeding it .
You are welcome to bring your cat if you have one and it will help to keep the rats away .
It’s a beautiful old 4 bedroom 1880’s house with a gorgeous view on just half an acre in Baden which is in the Southern midlands one hour north from Hobart. I have no neighbors so I am looking for someone who would be comfortable with that. I am 20 mins inland of Oatlands. Oatlands is a thriving little town now with IGA, pharmacy, medical centre , distillery , great places to eat and there is also an aquatic centre now .
