About this house sitting position in Baldivis

Hello, we are looking for someone to look after our house and Bailey, our 6 yrs old Spoodle. This breed can be typically anxious, and he does have separation anxiety but his medication has really helped that! He loves company, you will need to be retired person/couple or someone that can work remotely from our home, No children or pets sorry. Bailey loves 30 mins walkies twice a day, sometimes he gets more. He'll love you to play with him & his toys. He will want cuddles from you and probably become your new shadow. Our house is 3 years old. We have a small amount of lawn at front and back, lawn & an easy-care garden that's reticulated. Our back yard is like a chilled resort villa vibe with a pool. We live in a nice quiet area with a park across the road, another park 200mtrs at the end of our street - with native bushland behind it & all around (& hundreds of kangaroos come out to that park after sunset, Bailey loves chasing them), another great park a couple hundred mts away, and the new Whitehorse tavern is 500mtrs walk and there's a small shopping centre & playground/park there as well. It is 5 min drive to the larger Baldivis Shopping ctr, 10 mins to Warnbro beach, 15 mins to the beautiful Rockingham Foreshore with lot's of cafes & restaurants and gorgeous beach front, including the doggy beach Kwinana end that you can walk for at least a couple of klms. Bailey loves the beach. It's only a 45min drive to Perth CBD and the beautiful Kinds Park botanical gardens and plenty of places going south for days trips.
