About this house sitting position in Balnarring

We live on 10 acres only a few minutes drive to Balnarring Village and Beach. Our property is on level land and is easy to maintain. We have a regular gardener and maintenance person. There is a self contained flat next to our house for house sitters to stay in and there is also parking and power available if a house sitter would like to bring their own caravan or motor home. The ideal person will need to be able to look after our pony Penelope and an old horse Pete who require feeding twice a a day and rugging if needed. They is very friendly and safe to be around. The flat is comfortable for up to two people and a small house trained dog is welcome providing it is a breed that doesn't shed hair if it is going to be inside. We have two black Cavoodles Charlie and Benji who love to run around the farm. Whilst you do not need to walk them on a lead they do need to be let out of the garden area a couple of times a day so they can have run. Our chickens are in a safe fox proof run and you will be supplied daily with fresh eggs. They take very little maintenance and are happy as long as they have food and water. We do have equestrian Facilities here so on the off chance you are an Equestrian Rider with your own horse you are welcome to bring it with you. Our home and property are kept in immaculate condition and we are non smokers and we have excellent neighbours each side of the property that also enjoy a quiet lifestyle.
