About this house sitting position in Banksia Beach

3 lovely furbabies!
* 2 female canine furbabies (rescues) - large x breed (x Kelpie - therefore energetic (5.5yrs/29kg & 3.5yrs/19kg). House sitter must be able to walk them at least once a day for an hour (or divided in two walks). They are generally good on leash, but can get excitably friendly with other dogs, so sitter needs to be Strong. As they are excitable, no children under 15 please.
* 1 male feline furbaby (1.5years old)

We are generally home based (semi retired/ working from home), so our furbies have us here mostly, therefore sitter needs to be someone who is more so home based than away (ie. either working from home/retired/holiday - (Not working away All day))

Spacious house (2 levels, with bedrooms upstairs (only 2 bedrooms available to guests - both with queen beds)). Fully equipped kitchen; Shower rooms + Bathrooms. Deck, BBQ & Pontoon (no access to boat). We back on to canal, so very pretty vista with option for fishing and crabbing from pontoon (no fishing rods, but crab pots available).

There are buses to local shops, or a 5 minute car drive (can be walked - about 2 kms)
