About this house sitting position in Banksia Grove

Hi I have a small house in Banksia Grove, Northern suburbs.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a family room and a lounge.
There is no garden maintenance to be done as we have artificial grass.
We do have two large dogs who need to be taken for daily walks ( they do pull) and they are inside dogs, as they love company and just like to be by your side and give lots of cuddles.
They do malt alot so the house would need to be vacumned daily.
There is air con in the main areas and there is a steaming box so you can watch movies. Roller shutters for extra security at the front of the house.
There is a woolworths, with take aways, cafe etc. within walking distance.
I prefer someone who is home a bit and not out all day and evening.
