This is a brick double-story, 3 bedrooms plus a study home with spectacular views to the Dandenong Ranges and a quiet, secluded location. It has a ducted heating system and air conditioners in each bedroom and polished floorboards. EV Charger also available on property.

Outside includes a paved rear patio, 2 garden sheds and a small veggie garden with minimal maintenance required.

Our pet is a very quiet, well-trained, kids-friendly whippet called Milo. He needs to be taken out for a 20-30m walk every day. There are numerous parks around the home.

Milo sleeps in our bed, under the blanket, at our feet. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind sleeping with a dog in their bed.
