12 acres with vast garden, dam, chooks, dogs, 4 well behaved horses. Brick home with wood heating as well as reverse cycle in a rural setting . 5 km from the town of Beaufort Victoria. We have a supermarket, chemist, hospital, schools, train station. Melbourne is under 2 hours drive. Our neighbours are extremely friendly, with property's of their own.
