About this house sitting position in Belair

Hi robyn and John,
I hope you’re ok, and john is ok. Last time we spoke he was going through that terrible stuff with the law.

My friend and I have finally drafted an itinerary for going overseas next year. Looking at 13/4/27 - 21/5/27; still tentative, but I hope to be finalised in a week. It’s comprehensive as 6 1/2 weeks at this stage .

How is that for you?

I know you prefer talking your texting, but it's easier for me today, needing to contact various people for establishing final start and end dates. When the pressure's off I'll call you about it.

I realise you may already be booked in there. It's taken months to work out, and more time consuming to organise tours with a lady friend, AND a travel agent... than freewheeling travel with a husband... 🙂

Start and end dates are not finalised yet. They are yet to be confirmed as the wait now is contacting 4 lots of friends I hope we can catch up with on the trip. I'll do that today. The couple of tours we're were doing in the middle are finally set, with dates in place for us work out independent travel for the rest.

Establishing our destination and travel interests, then finding suitable modest tours with a travel agent, took time. Then working out which tour dates fitted with each other. At last yesterday we've been able to draft a proposed itinerary. It is exciting.

This big bang will be my last trip to Europe. I'm cramming it all in, to pay for only one airfare with one long trip, since eating into super as usual.

I hope I continue to get some teaching work the next couple of years, as I'm doing 3-4 days babysitting at the moment for 1 year old, plus school pickups .Enough work bounced back after I did the same for a couple of years with Esther. So here's hoping.

And hoping you can manage the housesitting dates... if I'm lucky! Shelby sends a woof. 🥰
