About this house sitting position in Coromandel East
We live on a beautiful twelve acre property only 5 minutes from Blackwood and twenty minutes from the CBD. We are very close to all amenities, including shops, trains and buses, yet our property feels like you are in the country.
We have horses, chickens and one dog. We would prefer someone who is able to handle two old horses and enjoy our rural space.
Our house is large and easy to clean, the property well maintained and managed.
Horses are stabled at night and paddocked during the day so we would like someone who is able to lead them in and out daily.

“It was an absolute privilege to house sit this property. Ruth and Bernie made us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed fresh eggs from the friendly chickens and Veggies from the garden. It was a delight to look after their horses, feeding & cleaning stables. Loads of entertainment from their adorable dogs too.
We hit it off so well with Ruth and Bernie that we stayed on for a few days after they returned home. We would not hesitate to sit again in the future! ”
