**Sit for us in Bellerive — a warm home and one very small, very keen puppy**

Our place is a single architecturally designed home in Bellerive, about 15 minutes from the Hobart CBD and just a few blocks from the beach. It's a quiet, easy pocket of the eastern shore — walking tracks, parks, shops and cafés all close by, and Waverley Flora and Fauna Park practically on the doorstep.

Sharing it with you will be our four-month-old Australian Cobberdog: friendly, affectionate, and at that delightful age where everything is the best thing that's ever happened. He thrives on routine, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being home — the kind of person who'll take him out for a proper daytime walk, sit with a coffee somewhere sunny, and settle in by the wood fire of an evening. There's a lovely outdoor entertaining area for the warmer months, too.

We'd love to find a person or couple to take this on permanently rather than a one-off stay, so it becomes a familiar arrangement for all of us — puppy included.
