2 brm home with small vegie garden & 2 cats. Looking for a single person only, because 1 cat is quite nervous. 11k north of Hobart. Off-street parking for 1 car. Or close to bus stop & bike track (goes right in to Hob). Lovely neighbours to support you if needed. Cats fed twice daily, & are kept inside nightly. Garden will need minimal care at this time of year. Indoor plants need wkly watering.
MONA just down the road & 75 min drive to Mt Field NP. Shopping village within walking distance.
