It's a family home within a very well-kept, quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood. The house has recently had 2 bathrooms renovated, walls painted and new carpets installed. There's a shopping square with Coles, bakeries, eateries and cafes 5 mins walking distance and Fountain Gate Shopping Centre a mere 2kms around the corner. Public transport is 2 mins walking distance from the front door and Wifi is available. We require someone to mind the house, water the plants and look after our pet cat Disney.
