About this house sitting position in Blackmans Bay

The house was built in the 1980s. It has large, bright rooms and a beautiful view of the Derwent estuary on the first floor, where we live. There’s a master bedroom with a bathroom ensuite and a powder room off the kitchen. The ground floor has two small guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, a library, and a double garage..There are two decks and a small backyard, fenced and gated.
Our two dogs are 7-year-old Italian greyhounds—very affectionate with us but wary of other dogs and inclined to bark at the postie and passers-by. They need to be fed (dry kibble) twice a day and taken for an on-leash walk at least daily. They are accustomed to lie on the couch, and they sleep with us.
