We live in a 5 year old coastal themed home in Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula. Our home has 4 bedrooms (access to 3), 2 living areas, 2.5 bathrooms, Alfresco seating with panoramic views.
Easy walk (15mins) to the Village shops and off lead dog beach. Wineries and coastal walks can be explored plus Sorrento and Rye are a 10-minute drive.
Requirements - Dog (Bella) to be walked daily, chooks fed every few days, eggs collected as needed. Indoor and outdoor plants to be watered weekly.
