About this house sitting position in Blakiston
Hello. Im Stacey 57, my partner, Rob 58 and Emily our daughter 12. We are looking for a housesitter/ company for pets for 6 weeks from the 28th june. We have a large, private, quiet and comfortable home on 5 acres in Blakiston in the Adelaide Hills. 3 small dogs, 1 cat, 3 sheep a pony and a horse. The floofers like company and their creature comforts, laps to sit on, company of an evening, people to snuggle on the couch, and some encouragement not to trash my house completely 😆The sheep and horses, really just like their food on time, and demanding treats. Rugging/unrugging for horses may be required. Water troughs are automatic, It's a quick easy, straight forward and safe routine with flexibility, with assistance from my mother in law, an active retiree and campervan traveller, who lives in a separate dwelling on the property. Come and go as you please, There is much to see and do in the Adelaide Hills. We are located on the edge of Mt Barker, Littlehampton and Nairne, close to Hahndorf, and many Wineries, easy half hour to Adelaide City with freeway access, half hour to Murray Bridge, 1 hour from the coast. Bus stop at property entrance. Secure parking, Space for vans and vehicles if needed. Automatic cat litter tray, robot vacuum, coffee machine, combustion heating / reverse cycle.
No gardening required / sadly no vege beds either due to the drought.
