About this house sitting position in Blaxland

We have two wonderful dogs who need caring for:

Jemma is a 3 year old Labrador. She absolutely loves her food, walks and always appreciates affection.
Rappi is a 4 year old Pomsky (Pomeranian x Husky). He’s clever and independent, enjoys walks, playtime and exploring.

They’re reasonably well-socialised, house-trained, and have two meals per day. They sleep outside at night and are usually outside during the day but are sometimes allowed indoors when we’re home or at night to sit with us in front of the tv. They enjoy their walks, trips to the dog park (15min walk away), playing with their toys and each other’s company. They can both be quite strong on the leash, which is why we're after a couple to care for them, so they can walk a dog each.

We also have a few goldfish in an outdoor pond which are extremely easy to care for and just get fed every couple of days.

Our home is a comfortable, large house which backs onto a decent sized park. You will have the whole house to yourselves, and will be staying in the guest bedroom which is usually used for AirBnB bookings (there won't be any guests when you are staying there). You will have full access to the kitchen, living areas, and backyard.

Blaxland is down the 'warmer' end of the Blue Mountains but we still have ducted air conditioning to keep you warm if you get a bit chilly.

There is parking available in our driveway or on the street if you have your own vehicle.

There’s a small veggie patch and a few fruit trees in the backyard, but as it will be winter, the garden won’t need too much attention besides the occasional check-in, water and harvesting anything that’s ready for you to eat and enjoy.

We're after a reliable couple with house-sitting experience (references appreciated) who would be confident handling two medium-sized dogs & giving them daily exercise/attention.
