Set on half acre fenced. Sitter needed to mind three Maltese Shih-tzu doggies & one very spoilt Shetland pony. Area is great for birdwatching, country walks, swimming in creek nearby. Local towns of Delegate 20 minutes, Bombala 45 minutes. All shopping amenities available. Lovely coffee shops, cafes, op shops library etc.
