About this house sitting position in Bowral

Hi, we are going away for 2 and a bit weeks from the 7th to the 25th of May 2026 and are looking for a house and pet sitter for our home on an acre in a lovely part of the Southern Highlands in NSW.
We have 2 dogs – a 4 year old border collie and an 9 year old cavoodle. They love walks and are good together on the lead. They spend time outside with us but are mainly inside dogs that sleep inside at night. When leaving the house, the dogs can only be left inside for a maximum of 4 hours so please keep this in mind when considering the house sit. Louis will require medication every now and again as needed - we will go through this with you.
We also have 3 cats that are fed automatically on the mornings, and require feeding in the evening. There are 6 chickens which will give you delicious eggs every day and will require you to keep an eye on their feed and water.
The gardens are automatically watered and there will be plenty of fresh veggies and eggs to collect and use. Our place is less than 10 minutes’ drive to our local town and is very spacious. The house has fast NBN internet with unlimited data, and we have separate offices that you can use if you need to work from home.
