About this house sitting position in BUNBURY

We live in the town of Bunbury, 1.5 - 2 hrs south of Perth in the South West of WA. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to just about everything. The shopping centre, main street with all the pubs and restaurants, cinemas and theatre are all within walking distance. We are a 3 minute drive or cycle to various beaches around us.

We have two Kelpies and a Jack Russell. The young Kelpie, Wasabi, is six months olds. She lives outside most of the day, only coming in for short visits. The older Kelpie, Lucy, loves being inside much of the day. She's very quiet (and a bit lazy). They all sleep in the house at night. Ping Pong, the Jack Russell likes to sleep on the bed with people. She gets cold in the night, so we cover her with a blanket.

Our cat Couscous is not the cuddly type. She eats and sleeps and if you're lucky she'll rub against your leg when you're in the kitchen.

Our garden needs sprayers turned on when needed and a handful of outdoor pot plants that need watering. It takes only a few minutes.

The hens get fed and lay eggs every day.

It's all pretty easy, but we do want someone who will spend most of their time at home, or if they go out, it is usually not for the whole day, but only a few hours at a time. This is mainly because the pets need the company. They're just happy having people around.
We're in a double storey house, but there shouldn't be any need to go upstairs, since everything that matters is downstairs.

Bunbury is a great place to be. It's the second biggest after Perth, but I would not call it a city. We have all the amenities, but no traffic! We have beautiful surrounding countryside, like the Fergusson Valley and Dardanup. The beaches have loads of open space and there are usually very few other people around.
