About this house sitting position in Burrum Heads

We have a 3 bedroom house in beautiful Burrum Heads about 30 minutes from Hervey Bay. It is a coastal town.
The beach and ocean is a 5 minute walk from your house. We have a variety of wildlife on our front lawn from roos, to ducks and birdlife. We have 2 rescue dogs, one being a 10 year old female staffy, and our boy who is a 10 year old bull Arab. Both are very well behaved and are content to have their 10 minute walk in the morning and again in the late afternoon.
We have streaming services and will give the access code on arrival to house sit. the 2 guests bedrooms have air con and fans, with one of them also having a smart TV. There is a smart Tv in the family room and patio area as well. The house is fully screened and so is the patio area with a doggy door for our dogs to access the yard as they need. Although our yard is big there is very little area to mow and it is all flat. It usually takeabout 3/4 hour to mow. We also have a lock up garage for your vehicle, whilst you are house sitting.
The large shed at the back of our property houses our boat, hubby's office and workshop, which will be locked as it will not be necessary to access it while we are away. Attached to the shed is a nursery, which has a watering system and also houses the mower. Down the laundry side of our house is a lawn locker shed which contains, rakes, petrol for mower and whipper snipper.
In the town there is a Foodworks with a post office inside, bakery, butcher, bait shop, real estate agents, takeaway shop 2 hairdressing salons, nail/gel salon, doctor, chemist, petrol station, Sullivan and Nicolaides blood collection service, tavern, bowls club, 3 fishing pontoons, a beautiful barbecue area and park long the waterfront and 3 caravan parks. Hervey Bay is about 30 minutes away, with a STOCKLAND shopping centre and numerous smaller shopping centres around Hervey Bay., which also has numerous takeaways places along the waterfront, with many swimming, fishing areas as well. There are many markets on weekends and we will supply the local monthly magazine about things to do, including markets etc.
Maryborough is about 30 minutes away and is an old historical town, with an AMAZING tribute to the ANZACS in Queens Park.
