About this house sitting position in Cairns

I have a low set 3 bedroom home, 1 bathroom ,1 toilet,separate dining room lounge room open.
Large outdoor area leading to the swimming pool.
I'm 5 minutes from a large shopping centre and bus regular service into the city.
I have 1 pet Bull Arab cross female 5year old.who would requiring walks twice a day (45 minutes at least ).hens are feed twice a day.
I have a pool kreepy krauly which is in the pool keeping it clean of leaves. Plus a pool maintenance person check on it at a regular basis.
No mowing would be required.
Only othe jobs would watering the plants daily .
I have a 6 ft paling fence and electric gate.
