About this house sitting position in Camira

Looking for a tidy, reliable, and experienced housesitter to look after our 2 cats and home while we are away. Cats are low maintenance (no kitty litter to clean as they have access to the outdoor enclosed gardens via a catdoor). They remain on our property which is a large fully fenced and gated double block; just feed twice a day; they like to follow you around and prefer company and cuddles usually in evening, sleeping mostly in the day till 4pm and night. Will also need to water some potted plants and vegie patch one to two times a week and clean leaves out of pool once a week. And obviously expect the housesitter to leave the house in a clean and tidy state upon finishing the housesitting arrangement.

You will have a queen size guest bedroom with private ensuite/shower and bath; use of large fully equipped kitchen , media room with netflix, beautiful pool with spa, and covered outdoor dining areas and gardens to enjoy.

Please note no visitors allowed. You will be required to sign a housesitting agreement based off the suggested template on Mindahome.

We may require potential candidates to meet once in person or via video call to see if its a good for us both. Verified references and/or id required. If selected, you will arrive on the 12th September around 5pm so we can show you around the house and use of equipment etc, before we depart later that evening.

Our house is close to a bus stop which can take you to the nearby train station and shopping centres within minutes. If you have a car 5 min drive to train station with trains to Brisbane cbd in 40 mins. 5 min drive to shops and restaurants in Springfield Fair or 15 min walk. 15 min drive to Springfield Orion Shopping Centre with cinemas, lake, walking trails etc. Very peaceful area, lots of nature and birdlife.
