About this house sitting position in Camperdown

A 2-storey free-standing terrace with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bidet toilet/bathroom with a heat rack and walk-in shower. We have a nice downstairs area consisting of a double loungeroom with a smart tv and lounges in one and an office set up in the adjoining loungeroom. We have a private backyard with grass and in true inner west tradition we have a backyard loo!

We are a family of 4 but both daughters are living independently now. We do have 2 gorgeous dogs, 9yo siblings Gatsby & Oreo. Strictly speaking They are our daughter’s dogs but mum has always walked and fed them so there’s a very strong attachment between the 3. The dogs are Cavapooshons. Very loving, they adore company and will always be in the same room as you, particularly Oreo (the chunkier one). They have their own beanbags kept downstairs although the blue matrial beanbag is Gatsby’s and is taken upstairs to the main bedroom and left in front of the open balcony doors. Oreo sleeps at the end of the main bed but will invariably creep onto the bed. There’s plenty of room!!

Its essential the dogs are given a morning walk for at least 90mins - preferably Sydney Park, which is a 5Min drive away thru Newtown and is a fully Off Leash Dog Par 24/7 and they know their way around … we also have a compact Hyundai IX35 we leave with the house for the guests use.

Feeding the dogs is once a day, usually at 6pm. This is a non-smoking house - inside and outside. We have lovely neighbours, on both sides. The street is predominantly owner/occupied, its quiet and very enjoyable with Camperdown Park in Fowler Street a 5-10Min walk overlooking a game of weekend cricket. 2 fab cafes open 7 days pw from 0700. Also Camperdown Memorial Park adjoining St Stephens Church + Cemetery is a lovely walk and a picnic. Off leash here is 24/7 M-F but S&S is before 0900 or after 1700.
