About this house sitting position in Capalaba

We have a 2 storey, 5 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed house with a pool on 1 1/2 acres in a very quiet street. There are multiple living areas, a well equiped kitchen and 2 televisions with streaming services. We are 10 minutes drive from local shops, cinemas restaurants and a small beach. 40 minute drive to Brisbane or can be accessed from local train station. Other attractions in driving distance include Gold Coast hinterland, Stradbrooke Island
General house duties, watering house plants, collecting mail, putting out bins. minimal garden or pool maintenace, lawn will be mowed before we leave.
2 Tonkinese cats, Oscar and Bailey, need feeding twice a day and cuddling as required. Oscar Is very cuddly, Bailey a bit nerovus.
We are doing a second trip October 10th to 13th which would involve looking after our delightful cavoodle Charlie. He loves a walk, chasing balls and being everyones friend.
Idealy we would like same person for both sits, but it is not a deal breaker.
