About this house sitting position in CLEAR MOUNTAIN

Look after our house, garden and Bushy, our very affectionate standard fox terrier. House is on 9 hectares of native bush with fenced low maintenance native garden around the house, plus vegetable garden. Little or no mowing, just keeping tidy and watering vegies and lawn when it's dry. Some vegetables should be available for picking. The house uses a hybrid solar/battery/mains power system, with tank water. Solar systems require no maintenance, as we can monitor them remotely through the house modem and wi-fi and adjust charging if required. Non-automatic twin-tub washing machine. Full instructions provided for all the house systems. Nearest shops/cafes about 8 km. Prefer retired couple or at least one person working mostly from home as Bushy really likes company. Can accomodate a campervan but not a towed caravan because of size and shape of driveway.
