We live on a 3.5 acre block on the Bellarine Peninsula. It feels like we're out in the country but we are only five minutes from the centre of Drysdale and thirty minutes from Geelong. It is a lovely part of the world.

We have two Rottweilers - a 5 year-old female (Tilly) and a twelve-month old male (Otto), as well as six backyard chickens.

Our home has a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable lounge/dining and reading rooms and a separate cinema room. There is a hot tub and sauna on the deck and views over the bay.

We have a low maintenance ornamental garden and a medium-sized orchard and vegetable garden. We have a regular gardener who will take care of the majority of the yard-work but, if you enjoy gardening, you will probably be able to find something to do.

The Bellarine Peninsula has some lovely coastal towns and beaches as well as wineries, golf courses, cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to see and do on the Peninsula, or you can easily drive into Geelong or take the ferry from Portarlington to Melbourne for the day.

The ideal sitters will love dogs and be happy to spend time with them on a daily basis. They should also be comfortable in a semi-rural environment away from immediate neighbors. Close to
