About this house sitting position in Closeburn

Family of 4 who will be travelling for the duration of Term 3. Looking for honest, responsible, neat and reliable housesitter/s with good communication to take care of our home on nearly 4 acres about 5 mins from Samford village QLD and about 25kms from Brisbane. Importantly, this will include care of our 7yo mini poodle who is used to someone being home most of the time. May be required to facilitate trades to visit- ie. gardeners, slashing of paddocks and weed control as organised by us. Experience on a zero turn mower would be advantageous, just to keep the bit around the house tidy. There is a pool but minimum maintenance req'd over this period.
About the home:
5 bed, 3 bthrms, floorboards and stairs. House is on a bit of a sloping block so must be ok with walking up hills (not a big one). Room for a caravan (not undercover). Split system in combined Kitchen/dining/living space and master bdrm. Dishwasher, gas cooktop/oven. Tank water (currently full)
