About this house sitting position in Cobram

Hi there!
I am looking for a sitter for my 2 dogs and 3 cats - ideally someone who likes to keep a clean home. I have a quick morning cleaning routine set in place to keep the house fur free and tidy (with three cats comes a lot of fur, so morning vacuums are a must!) Essentially, each morning, I vacuum right through the tiled areas with a Dyson Animal Vacuum (you’ll be amazed how much it collects each morning!) The bedrooms and synthetic grass are vacuumed twice a week with an alternative vacuum head. No need to be put off by the set morning routine - The clean takes me no more than 15 to 20 minutes, including emptying the two kitty litter boxes each morning, and then you’re good to go for the remainder of the day. The tiled areas are mopped once a week.

A bit about the Crew:

🐾 Two English Staffies – Abbey (5) and Siri (13). Three to four walks a week - Abbey loves the full 5km loop I normally take, while Siri strolls for the first bit before hopping into her doggy pram for the rest of the walk.

🐱 Three indoor-only cats – Mary (4), Charlie (5), and Kat (6). Mary’s the bossy snuggler, while Kat and Charlie are sweet but shy.

They all sleep inside, often on or near my bed.

So – essentially, I’m looking For:

✔️ Takes extra care with doors - cats must stay indoors
✔️ Offers lots of affection and a good routine for the fur babies

A bit about my home!
A charming three-bedroom home in Cobram, just 400 metres from the Cobram Regional Park and the majestic Murray River. Surrounded by abundant nature trails ideal for walking or bike riding, this location offers a peaceful lifestyle with easy access to local produce and neighbouring townships to explore.

The home features three bedrooms with three living areas (main living room, sunroom, and a versatile man/she cave), two toilets, and a fully enclosed purpose-built cat run that integrates with the home, extending along the side of the house. The interior is tiled throughout, except for the carpeted bedrooms and the man/she cave and cat run, which are synthetic grass.

Comfort all year-round with a split system unit for heating/ cooling, plus additional solid fuel wood heaters in both the sunroom and the man/she cave. The property is highly secure, featuring a remote-controlled garage and additional carport. The backyard offers privacy and a serene setting with beautifully maintained, low-maintenance gardens. Another wood fired type coonara is also in the back yard.
