About this house sitting position in Colo Vale

Our house is on 5 acres. The house yard is just over an acre. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and heating is either a wood fire or gas heater. We have 2 dogs, Toby (border collie x kelpie) and Minnie (beagle x cattle dog),1 chicken (Susan) and 1 friendly rooster( Sparky). The dogs have a schmacko, dog biscuit and dental chew in the morning and a decent meal at night. The chickens have scratch mix and vegie scraps in the morning. The dogs don't really need exercising as they get their exercise from chasing cars up and down the fence line. They sleep inside, usually in front of the fire on their bed. The mail will need collecting and the garbage/recycling bins need to be put out on Monday nights. There are a few indoor plants that will need watering just once and a couple of plants on the verandah that will need watering , depending on the rainfall.
