About this house sitting position in Colosseum

Approximately 40 day sit required whilst we take a holiday in Tasmania. Rural dwelling on 225 ha bush block. 4wd or high clearance vehicle/caravan preferable for main access.
Getting flooded in is a minor possibility at this time of year [plenty of food in the pantry and freezer], but dates have been selected to hopefully be after the wet, if we even get one.
Mains power, rainwater for drinking, dam water for washing [contains eucalyptus tannin, so no white clothes], wood fired barbecue, satellite TV and internet with WiFi, spa bath, solar hot water plus quick heat mains powered backup, indoor composting toilets. Optus mobile reception excellent, Telstra a bit dodgy.
Hilly country with pleasant walks and plenty of wildlife, though everything is very drab at the moment due to the drought. Large, clean dam for swimming, though it is low and access a bit muddy. Plenty of minor works to do around the place if you get bored, but not a requirement. Vegie garden and a few fruit trees to maintain if they haven't died yet. Handyman/rural experience preferred.
9 goats and sheep to feed, 2 old dogs + one young, 2 cats, 4 guinea pigs, chooks. Food supplied. Please contact for more information.
