About this house sitting position in Corio

3 bedroom tiled brick veneer with carport and lockup parking at rear of carport, lawn and gardens front and rear also a small vegetable garden, you are welcome to use the vegetables if you want, our house has an upgraded kitchen and bathroom, bathroom also has a spa bath, we have a gas Webber Q bbq which is undercover at the rear of the house you are welcome to use if you want. Our house has 2 split system air conditioning, they are in the lounge room and main bedroom we also have a security system consisting of cameras which can see all around our property. We have solar so we dry all our washing in the clothes dryer, we only use the dryer during the day as electricity is free from the solar. There is an Aldi really close by the Corio village shopping centre is about 5 minutes away by car, there are at least 3 doctor's surgeries nearby and the bus stop is about 200 metres away. We have 2 cats to be looked after 1 is a 9 years old Russian Blue, his name is Shadow he is a very calm and friendly cat who loves sitting on people's laps. Our second cat is a rescue cat, he is a 3 year old Russian Blue Cross named Dimitri, he can be a little skittish at times particularly if there is a sudden loud noise. Both cats are very friendly when they get to know you, they both like to sit on your laps when you are relaxing. Shadow is a very fussy eater, we have to give him different food every 2-3 days. We will let you know the different varieties he prefers, as for Dimitri he is not fussy at all he mainly eats dried food. We also feed them treats once daily, Shadow usually wants out after he has eaten but usually returns fairly quickly. Shadow is a very patient cat and will usually just sit at the front door so after a little while we just check on him. They are not allowed out at night and unfortunately this is a new thing so they can whine a bit about wanting out we just say "no" fairly loudly, they soon get the message and give up. The only other thing we would like for you to do is water the lawns and gardens front and back, we usually water early in the day.
