A comfortable 3 bedroom home with inviting living areas and a backyard.
Wifi and streaming services available (Netflix, Prime).
Quiet street with a park/reserve and oval at the end. Close to the Yarra Valley and Mount Dandenong.
Drive way with off street parking (not under cover). Approx 2kms to shops, cafes and train. Busses are close by, with stops about 250m away.

We have a few animals that need taking care of. The mains ones are our 2 dogs.
We have 1 labradoodle and 1 cavoodle. Both non shedding and very friendly. Both need to be fed morning & evening, sleep inside on their own beds in the hallway, and are ok to be left alone outside during the day.
They love playing in the backyard and are used to going on weekend walks only. They love spending the evenings watching TV with us.

Our other animals are quick and easy and will only require max 5mins a day to check on them all. Animals include:
Guinea pigs
Chickens
Budgies

We are a non smoking home. Couples and singles preferred.
