About this house sitting position in Currumbin waters

I need someone to care for my 3 babies. I adore them. Sonny (3 y.o dog)will need outings and play. He is very cuddly and loves company. He is very energetic when out and is still learning recall and heel. He is not road savvy. He eats once a day and occasional treats. All prepared from scratch by me. I got Sonny end of January "rescue" .He came from a high stress environment and he has adapted to the calm of our house. He is an outside dog. He can carry on a bit at door but if you give the command "no !" It usually stops him. Unless he senses a walk or trip out coming😅
Charlie(8 y.o cat) is an indoor outdoor cat,easy to care for , he likes to have food constantly in his bowl. He is vocal and let's you know if unhappy. Charlie takes a few days to warm to strangers but once he realises you are feeding him, you'll be fine.
Jack (16 month old male budgie) loves to chat, listen to music. I let him out in laundry for a fly. He is very friendly, but when excited, the occasional nip. He stays inside at night and out on deck during the day. With his music. All I request is that Sonny not be left alone too long as he will get anxious and start pacing . I need an early riser as my animals are up at the sunrise. If not you will know, believe me. I do not want anyone who cannot put my animals first. I don't require you to do anything else.
Our house is near the Alleygators rugby club.
