Three bed brick and iron house with ducted air conditioning. Solar with battery backup power. Carport and shed/workshop. We are close to both the ocean and estuary and about 20Ks from Mandurah city. Shopping areas are conveniently close.
Low care gardens requiring weeklly filling of wicking beds and regular watering of pot plants and hanging baskets. An auto retic system takes care of general garden watering.

A beautiful, well appointed home with wonderful garden.

“Beautiful spot to relax amongst the trees and see how brilliantly this property has become fully sustainable. Very comfortable stay and we enjoyed the chooks and the crazy guinea fowl and checking on the fish! Eggs and fresh produce made us feel spoilt. We would be happy to housesit again”
