About this house sitting position in Diddillibah

Hello
We have an older style home on over an acre. 3 beds, 2 lounge areas, two decks, swimming pool. Not heated. It is high set. 4 steps at front of house about 13 at back of house. The land is sloping but not steep.
We have an array of 30 plus different chickens. Chickens are fed in mornings and usually let out late afternoons. We have two pens, one for larger chooks and one for silky chooks. They have to be locked back in at night at about dusk, and the silky rooster put into his crow box at night and let out in morning. Not before 7am.
Less than 10 mins to Nambour and 10-13mins to Maroochydore. Prefer a single or a couple .
Not suitable for caravans
Position back up because original sitter unable to sit due to injury.
