About this house sitting position in Donvale

We require someone who is working from home remotely or is retired. Our dog Henry is a COVID dog - ie he has lived with us basically 24/7 since we adopted him. We need somebody (s) who are around most of the time.

We live in a largish four bedroom home with large garden on over an acre in Donvale. Our house is important to us but we have two lovely hens who love a daily walk in the garden foraging. (pending weather). Very low maintenance.

But most of all we need someone to mind our beautiful six year old greyhound Henry when we leave. He is the best of all possible dogs and we always miss him when away. We would like someone who has had experience with greyhounds or likes big moochy dogs and they will be at the top of the list. We can't have anyone who has a dog as Henry was recently bitten badly by one of our friend's dogs when visiting. We cannot take any chances :(
No gardening required - just taking and bringing out the bins if needed.

You may need a car as we are not really close to public transport (bus about 500 metres) and we are close to Eastland. Caravans welcome.

I cannot recommend Cathy and Bella high enough! The moment they visited us we knew our house, Mr Henry and our hens were in good hands. We highly recommend and will definitely have them look after our place again. Mr Henry misses the pats and cuddles.
